Sharath Rangaswamy

Sharath is the grandson of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, and is the most advanced Ashtanga Yoga practitioner in the world. Currently, he resides in Mysore, and is the Assistant Director of the Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute. We feel very fortunate to have Sharath’s experience and positive energy to help us along in our practice, as we study asana under his watchful eye.
