Classes start: Monday, AUGUST 31st!

Classes will be held at: 1-2033 Belmont Ave. Victoria.
We are in the Shambhala Meditation Center on the corner of Pembroke Street and Belmont Ave.

The classes will run from: Monday - Friday 6:30-9:30am.

All Classes will be "Mysore Style."
(That means that you can arrive at any time that fits your schedule between 6:30am and 9:00am, and we will teach you on an individual basis, kind-of like having your own private class, but in a group setting).
